Marina Kaštela Split

Marina Kaštela occupies the long, sheltered bay of Kaštela between Split and Trogir, named for the seven Renaissance fortified towers — kašteli — built by Venetian nobles along its shore. The bay offers excellent natural shelter from the open sea, and the backdrop of the Mosor mountain range rising behind Split gives the anchorage a striking setting. The marina is well-placed for crews joining or leaving vessels at Split airport, which lies at the western end of the bay. Trogir's UNESCO old town and Split's Diocletian's Palace are both within easy reach. Stern-to Med mooring is standard.
