3. Marketplace Role

BerthFinder is a marketplace. While we verify partners, the final contract of berthing is between the Boater and the Operator.

When you submit an enquiry, your contact details are shared with the relevant marina operator so they can respond to your request. Marina operators are independent data controllers for the information they receive.

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:

• Marina partners (to fulfil enquiries)
• Payment processors (to handle transactions)
• Service providers who assist in operating the platform (hosting, email delivery, analytics)
