Listing is free. We only earn if you sell or let.
There is nothing to pay to list, and never any commission on an enquiry — however many you get. If a buyer or tenant we introduce goes on to complete, a success fee of 5% is payable on the sale price — or, on a letting, on the first year's rent only (minimum £500 on a sale; on a letting, minimum £250 and never more than 12.5% of that first year). Nothing is payable if it does not complete, renewals are yours, and we never take a cut of what you agree beyond that fee.
