Anzio Marina is located in the coastal town of Anzio in Lazio, south of Rome on the Tyrrhenian Sea, a town of Roman history known as the birthplace of emperors Nero and Caligula and as the site of the World War II Allied landing. The marina serves Roman-area boaters and visiting vessels, with Anzio's beaches and archaeological sites providing excellent onshore interest.
