About
Brightlingsea Sailing Club is located on Brightlingsea Creek, a tributary of the Colne Estuary in Essex. The creek is tidal and the area is popular with shoal-draft cruising yachts exploring the East Anglian estuaries. Brightlingsea is a traditional sailing town with a strong racing culture and good local facilities. An excellent base for cruising the Blackwater, Colne, and Crouch river systems.
