Chichester Harbour is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, a maze of tidal channels, saltmarsh and mudflats protected from the open sea by Hayling Island and Thorney Island. Dell Quay itself is a tranquil spot with a traditional waterside pub and direct access to the historic cathedral city of Chichester just a mile inland.
