About
Gweek Quay Marina is at the head of the Helford River in Cornwall, tucked into the wooded upper reaches of one of the most beautiful estuaries on the south Cornish coast. The Helford is a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, famous for its oyster beds, wooded creeks and the anchorage at Helford Passage beloved by Daphne du Maurier. Gweek village at the head of the river is home to the National Seal Sanctuary and a working boatyard. The approach from the sea is scenic and well-marked, making Gweek a peaceful and rewarding destination.
