Nauru Harbour Marina serves the Republic of Nauru, the world's smallest island nation and third-smallest country by area, a raised coral atoll in the central Pacific whose phosphate-mining wealth made it briefly one of the highest per-capita income nations on Earth in the 1980s before the deposits were exhausted.
