Paxos (Paxi) is a small Ionian island south of Corfu, known for its dramatic cliffs, turquoise coves, and the emerald sea caves of Antipaxos. The main harbour at Gaios is a picturesque town quay where visiting yachts berth alongside the waterfront tavernas.
