Pirita Marina in Tallinn was built to host the sailing events of the 1980 Moscow Olympics and remains Estonia's largest and best-equipped marina. Located on the coast just east of Tallinn's UNESCO World Heritage old town, the marina is the hub of Estonian competitive sailing and a popular base for Baltic cruisers visiting one of northern Europe's most beautiful medieval cities.
