Portsmouth on Prince Rupert Bay is the main anchorage and cruising base in Dominica. The bay offers excellent holding and is served by the Portsmouth Association of Yacht Security (PAYS), which provides launch services, provisioning assistance, and guided river trips up the Indian River. A must-visit on the Windward Islands circuit.
