Primošten Marina serves the charming old-town peninsula of Primošten on the central Dalmatian coast between Šibenik and Split. The old town sits on a small island joined to the mainland by a causeway — a picturesque setting with red-roofed stone houses, a hilltop church, and a well-sheltered bay on each side. Babić, a robust local red wine grown on the steep terraced vineyards nearby, is one of Croatia's most distinctive varieties. The marina is popular with both bareboat charterers and cruising sailors. Stern-to Med mooring is standard. Šibenik and the Krka waterfalls are 25 km to the north, and the outer Dalmatian islands are a straightforward day sail.
