Ramsgate Royal Harbour is the only Royal Harbour in the United Kingdom, granted the title by King George IV in 1821. Offering over 700 berths in a sheltered tidal harbour, it is a premier cross-Channel staging post and the gateway to the Thames Estuary, with full marina facilities and excellent transport links.
