Unije Marina Croatia

Unije Marina serves the peaceful island of Unije, the most southerly island in the Lošinj island group of the Kvarner Gulf. Unije is car-free, has a population of around 100, and sees far fewer visitors than its neighbours Lošinj and Cres. The bay provides good shelter in most conditions, and the village has a small konoba and limited provisions. For sailors seeking genuine remoteness within a day's sail of the main Kvarner charter bases, Unije is a rewarding detour. The crossing from Mali Lošinj takes around two hours. Stern-to Med mooring or anchoring off is the norm. The island's paths and pine forests are best explored on foot.
