About
Watchet Marina sits within Watchet Harbour on the Somerset coast, offering 150 berths in the inner dock where a constant water level is maintained — a safe sanctuary in the Bristol Channel. Operated by Western Marinas since 2024, the marina has undergone significant infrastructure improvements including a full dredge, upgraded electrics, a reinstated fuel pontoon, and a fully operational marina gate from April 2026. Facilities include shore power and fresh water at every berth, showers, laundry, parking, fuel, and gated 24/7 access. The vibrant town of Watchet is right on the doorstep, with pubs, restaurants, the West Somerset Steam Railway, and the East Quay arts centre. Approach and entry: vessels pass through the outer harbour, overseen by the Harbour Master (Port of Bridgwater, Minehead & Watchet) — contact the Harbour Master if waiting or berthing alongside in the outer harbour. For berths within the marina itself, contact the marina office directly on VHF Ch 80 or by email prior to entry.
