About

Mljet Marina lies within Mljet National Park on the western end of this long, forested island — one of the most beautiful in the Adriatic. The park's two saltwater lakes, Malo and Veliko Jezero, are accessible by boat and by foot through dense pine and holm-oak forest. The island is famously quiet and uncommercialised, and legend has it that Odysseus was marooned here by the nymph Calypso. For cruisers, Mljet is a rewarding passage stop between Dubrovnik and the central Dalmatian islands. Stern-to Med mooring is standard. The marina at Polače or the national park quay at Pomena are the main berthing options.
