Biševo is a tiny, largely uninhabited island southwest of Vis in the outer Dalmatian islands — best known for the Blue Cave (Modra špilja), a sea cave whose electric-blue light draws visitors from across the Adriatic. The marina here is a small, basic facility suited to shoal-draught vessels and motor yachts on an island-hopping itinerary from Split or Hvar. The anchorage off Porat Bay is popular in settled weather. Biševo sees few crowds compared to Vis town, making it a peaceful overnight stop for cruisers willing to forgo full marina services.
